Skater frog goes a strolling 'round the skate park.
Does not notice it's a skate park for micros. :V

Is it like, a tiny skate park? Or is it just a regular size one but a lot of micros hang out there?

That could be up to you.
Perhaps the regulars were shrunk away in the regular park, or micros who just wandered too far off course.

Or he wanders in to the micros-only park by accident, doesn't notice all the small bumps and ramps, let alone the tiny people trying to use them.

Personally I'm just for the idea of big stompy frogs, but I'm weird like that. :V

I'm sure I could help corrupt in to other ideas as well.
Some might become stuck to those huge webbed feet.
Others might be noticed, just to be immediately dismissed as insects or pests, and treated in the way frogs oft do to insects.
