I have no clue wth is goiing on.... BUT: It seems like you have people that really do care for you, and that want to talk to you about whatever the heck's going on. Use this as a time to breath, relax, and figure out what you need to do to make changes for the better. It can be rough to start, but stick to it. It gets easier with time and practice. Really, though, it sounds like you need to decide that YOU'RE worth the change. Don't change for someone else, just yourself. Head up, deary.
