Telegram VS Discord. Which is best?

So I know that Telegram is the next widely known application here on the media. I've done some research on the app and it looks like a ton of fun to download and join. But the fact that Telegram doesn't allow me to stream is a major issue. Someone then told me that Discord, another known website or app, allows me to video stream with my friends.
Hard to pick which one, since Skype is no longer popular (because Microsoft fucks up everything it touches).
