Two abandoned baby kittens in desperate need of help!

Update
Thank you all very much with helping me with the kittens! Until tommorow i will make my mind where to take them.
Right now the two are round and fat, eating well and have no trouble with digesting the food. I swear to god, i hear them meowing everywere i go, i think i might have a problem haha. My boyfriend seems to be the one that wants very much to keep them..he even talked over with the boss to take them at work. But, as much as i would also love to keep them because they have grown dear to me, i must choose what is best for them. Even tho i trust my bf with taking care of them, going to work all day and also keeping an eye on two squeaky furballs is exhausting...and even if we where to make it through this week, we still need to find an apartament to rent next month and there are great chances the person who rents it won´t let us keep animals, especially cats who love to destroy stuff.
Maybe, we will leave them at a shelter and, who knows, one day we will return to adopt them. I will post pictures with them soon :)
Anyway, all the information you have provided me will be put to use, either now or in the future, so i thank you all! <3

Two days ago i heard some baby kittens meowing in the back of my caravan. At first i thought they were the ospring of a cat that keeps coming here to eat, but when i saw they were in a bag it became obvious that some heartless asshole just threw them away like garbage.
It was saturday night, one of the 4 kittens was already dead, one barely moving. Despite i know cow milk is not good for them it was my only option. I used a large brush to feed them until i got a bottle. One of them was barely moving. I tried warming it up and stood up all night to feed them and stimulate them to poop. The next day i had to urgently go somewere, and it could not be canceled a day ago. My boyfriend gave them dry milk and kept them warm but he had to leave for work so they would have to left alone very much. The weak kitten was feeling way better, it pooped and started moving and meowing. When i was returning home i was praying with tears in my eyes that they are alright.
Sadly one of them did not make it...but amazingly, the weak one did.
Now my problem is the following: I can take care of them now, but in a week i will leave to romania for a week. My boyfriend works 8 hours a day and that amount of time for the kittens to be left alone can kill them.
I live in Coslada, near Madrid. Would somebody be able to take care of them or at least direct me to a shelter were volunteers can hand raise then? Or a surrogate cat mommy would be excelent..there are only two kittens.. I will go today to search for kitten milk formula...but i dont know my way around too well and my spanish is quite bad and i really need somebody to take care of them, at lest untill i return from romania.
I will be extremly gratefull for every bit of info you can provide..in fact i'd be even willing to send each person that helps me a small ebvelope with a thank you drawing.

Also, have you tried contacting vets in your area and asking them? Maybe they have experience with these kinds of things and can redirect you?
Since it was the weekend, everywere was closed and to be honest i have no ideea were vets are here(but i will try searching on the internet), but today i will go search abd ask. So far i only know there is a group of volunteers that take care of babies untill are adopted. But they take only young animals that cAn already eat alone, and mostly only puppies. And these kittens are barely 4 days old..
Me and my bf would keep them as well..but given our situation now, it's impossible...

Being a different continent though makes it hard but a quick google search brought quite a few animal rescue centers in madrid and are non profit.

Thank you! I also searched and found some leads..tho i wanted to find something were im absolutely sure they will take care of them (not like back home where most are put down). But i guess here things are more modern and more civilized and because the majority of stray cats are neutered, it's not that hard for shelter cats to find a loving home. To be honest i'd keep them myself, even my boyfriend wishes that but given our situation right now, it's pretty much imposdible.
