ΦΦΦ Pet Customs ΦΦΦ
Pet Custom Requirements:
You MUST have a CLEAR picture of the pet.
(This ensures my work is of my best quality.)
If you want more than one pet on the board, prices will vary.
(I also recommend getting an 11x14 pet piece if it's for two pets in one piece.)
ΦΦΦ Animal Customs ΦΦΦ
Animal Customs Details:
These can be either pictures of wild/zoo animals you have taken, a free Google image, or an image from a photographer in which I have permission to use as reference and profit for my work.
OTHER
ΦΦΦ Payment ΦΦΦ
-I accept paypal (only via invoice – do NOT just send me payments unless I clear you to do so) and cash if hand delivered.
-After finalizing a commission agreement, full payment of the agreed upon amount must be supplied before I begin ANY work.
(For 11x14 Scratchboards, Payment Plans will be considered.)
-Your price covers the cost of the board ($8-$15), as well as US Shipping ($5-$8), and some compensation for my time.
ΦΦΦ Shipping ΦΦΦ
-I ship USPS.
-The package will be insured for the price you paid, and comes with a Tracking Number.
-Scratchboards will be protected and placed inside a bubble envelope for safety.
ΦΦΦ Time ΦΦΦ
-I have other priorities besides commissions, this is not my full-time job, this is a hobby.
-Large or complex projects will not be given a guaranteed completion date.
-Rush orders will be specified with the quote and will be an added cost, but even
rush orders are no guaranteed completion date. (This simply puts you ahead of other
commissioners in order to have your product made quicker, so I can possibly
discount their commission for their inconvenience if needed.)
-I will NOT accept rush orders 2 weeks before a holiday.
I cannot guarantee it will be arrive in time due to holiday postal issues.
-Average turn-around is 1 week-2 and a half months depending on commission type, complexity, and work.
ΦΦΦ Cancellations ΦΦΦ
-If the commissioner cancels their order, I reserve the right to keep their product and sell it.
-I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I feel harassed about time or have been harassed in any way.
ΦΦΦ Warranty ΦΦΦ
-If your package appears to be damaged upon retrieval, be sure to take photos of the damage and do NOT open the package!
Contact me immediately with the photos so we can make a claim with the shipping company.
-If there appears to be no threatening damage to the package upon retrieval, open with care to be sure not to damage the product in any way.
Please inspect the product and report any damages within 48 hours (2 days). If no report of damages has been made within said time,
I will assume your product has been received properly and in tact.
-If any modifications are done to the product, I cannot fix the damage.
-If any attempts to repair are made without my consultation, I cannot fix the damage.
ΦΦΦ Re-Selling ΦΦΦ
- You may only resell something I made at the price you paid for it.
If you did not pay for it, you may not under any circumstances sell it for profit.
