The few times I went to FC it's been one of the most surreal, out-of-this-world experiences I've ever had in my life. Those two examples are during particularly slow times and not fair...plus, I mean anime cons have a gazillion more attendees and aren't suffocating in fursuits. Grinding around on a dance floor surrounded by giant anthro creatures was amazzzzing.
but i really would either be vaguely traumatized or bored to death by the whole deal if i did it myself.
