terms of service (READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING)

this is my first time writing a TOS so bear with me
this will change every so often, be sure to read even if you've commissioned be before
-i have the right to decline any commission for any reason
-payment must be made in full upfront OR for orders 50$ or more, half can be payed up front and the rest once a sketch is sent and approved
-changes will only be made during the sketch stage, any changes requested after will be declined. i will ask if changes need to be made upon sketch being sent. only minor changes can be made after completion.
-changes specified above only apply to linework/pose corrections. if there are any color mistakes or markings left out once the artwork is finished, i will happily fix it for you!
-credit me for the artwork, do not erase the signature
-you may ask for a progress check if its taking a while but do not ask every day, it gets annoying
-when paying, select 'no shipping address' and pay using 'goods and services'
-when sending payment (paypal) either leave NO NOTE or just your username. if your username contains any nsfw references or swears, do not include it.
failure to comply with the comment rules will result in rejected payment and commission
when you ask for a commission you are agreeing to the terms stated above, if any of said terms are broken or disrespected, you will be blocked and placed on a blacklist and i will no longer take commissions from you
