I showed this to my baton twirling, eldest daughter. She's competing this year for a gold medal at the WBTF 2017 International Cup in Croatia. She was impressed! She's done some fire baton down in the USA, the don't do it up here in Canada.

Safety engineering is everything ;) We have a lot schoolkid in our group, and the only bad happening (not very bad) happened because the grave breach of it. This guy took a small but painful burn for the memory and left our club.
