Telegram clean up

Telegram is linked to my phone and as such people on it have nearly 24/7 instant access to me, I don't like that. Since telegram has no "request" system to choose who may or may not PM you, like skype does, I've just blocked the majority of people I don't speak to often. If you were blocked it doesn't mean you did anything wrong, I am just opting to keep telegram around mainly for certain friends and groups only. This doesn't mean you can not contact me, it just means contact will be through skype/FA/discord/twitter instead.
While some of you might not agree with this change I expect you to respect my decision. Other avenues to contact me (for those I removed) are available.

Me, personally, i like that you can simply just delete the convo and that it doesnt infortm the person that it has been removed, so it doesnt trigger them into having a sooky lalafit that you have removed them. If they WANT to actually talk, they will just appear again, if not, well you just cleaned out another dead convo/person that isnt really interested in chatting
