Blocking Someone Over Political Views is SAD

I get asked if i support Trump in a nkte here in FA, and i reply with "yes, im actually a huge conservative," then this person says i "have no place on her page". I try to reply, but see that i got blocked lmao. Wow, it's almost like differing views isnt possible, or something.
Wtf is wrong with people? This isnt thr first time this happened here, either. And no, i dont even have to explain myself in why i support someone politically. I dont go around asking ppl who they support and then just block them and break ties if they don't agree. That is fucking pathetic lmao. I dont care how bad you think they are, it's a very immature thing to do to stay in your echo chamber. And, overall, very unnecessary.

I don't make a big thing about it. (Though I did post a piece of cheeky art). It does kinda drive me nuts though when I scroll some social media and I see people posting shit like "If u think Antifa is a terrorisst groop then unfollaw and gTFO off my page neow!".
I don't expect everyone or even most people to agree with me but I can handle disagreement in a mature manner many of these people can't and yet their supposed to be the "tolerate" and "enlightened" ones as I am constantly reminded. It's hypocritical and kinda pathetic.
Here's a thought: do you know how much i HATE liberals? like, far left liberals, i mean. i wish they never existed, and dont wanna have shit to do with them. Am I gonna reject their opinion though or shun them because they think differently? NO, because I'm a grown fucking person, LOL. Pfffft i WELCOME a political debate. I mean, maybe these people dont like debates and just block people because they never won a debate in the first place when it comes to politics..i'd get pretty salty too.

While you might not shun them they will shun you because they sincerely believe that you're actively aspiring to be some kind of Saturday morning cartoon villain. The notion that you might actually have reasons behind your political/social opinions is rejected in favor of assumed sadistic intentions.
For example I'm in favor of lower taxation and regulation. Because I hate poor people? No, because I've seen what increasingly high taxes and regulation have done to my regional economy. However to many on the left I just want to see interracial gay babies starve in the streets while smog clouds the skies, there is NO possible reason. I am the offspring of Ayn Rand and Verminous Scum and evil flows through my veins like blood, obviously.
