The Grand Final is tonight!

It's finally here, the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final. 26 acts are ready to sing for you, and hopefully earn your support in the televote.
The big favourites are Bulgaria and Portugal, with Italy slipping from it's spot as certain winner. Neither Bulgaria nor Portugal has won the competing before, which means we might get our first new winning country since Azerbaijan in 2011.
In the other end of the scale Germany and Spain are expected to fight for the last place, with Spain being the clear favorite to score the 26th place.
2017 has been a troublesome year for Eurovision with several hiccups along the line.
In the end it all came together, but I'm sure once tonight is over Jon Ola Sand and the rest of the team will breathe out in relief and hope for a simpler event next year.
How do you think the night will end? Please post your top three and your bottom three below.

(lots of filler)
Literally, the rest of the chart is sort of fill. I tend to go more with musical performance and song craft, so it mystifies me when songs with lackluster songs or off-pitch performances are elevated over sophisticated writing and flawless performances (Finland and Malta, anyone?) and of course, there's the diaspora effect... So I expect Belgium and Australia and even Greece to do better than I'd place them. But my top three are pretty solid. I'm mostly curious to see how Sweden does (because in a weaker year or with a more charismatic singer, it could be a winner) and how Belgium and Belarus do (because everyone else seems to see more in them than I do.) :D
Croatia 7 points!
Belgium 8 points!
Italy 10 points!
And finally, ...
Portugal 12 Points!
1. Portugal
2. Italy
3. Belgium
My bottom 3:
26. Spain
25. Azerbaijan
24. Austria
