not to mention the whole thing with public indecency laws (in most states except Ohio) and nosy neighbors can really put a damper on things such as that, and if said neighbors have kids next door, then you couldn't legally be nude in your back yard as that would potentially cause indecent exposure to a minor. They get on the swing set, see over your fence, and it's all over.

shame such is not allowd here in this state, not even high fences would be enough here since there's actually a limit on how high your fences are allowed to be. (which for texas is 6 feet at most) And that's not enough to stop people from looking over your fence.

You just described our place. A farm in the middle of nowhere, middle of tall corn fields this year (lends great visual privacy.) No neighbors in sight, nearest a mile away. Fur pron on the walls, no one wears clothes. I'm regularly molested while washing the dishes. Overrun with bunnies, goats and ponies graze outside, lending a calming fish bowl benefit to windows (It's okay to tap on the glass of their 'fish tank'). Fenced sections allow moving grazing animals and letting lawn recover. If you want to fuck on the front or back lawn, best done where animals haven't been in a while. 10' fencing with barbed wire make the place look intimidating, but it's just to keep animals in.

Biggest benefit is we are all open minded, tolerant, slightly eccentric and fun. Like Furry used to be.

It's have to be a group of super-tight, close knit individuals who truly cared for each other. Couldn't have some of the issues stated above by others. Though it's supposed to be a hypothetical 'what if' thing, with all your ducks in a row proper.

Yes it does, and I agree having the right people would be everything for such a situation.

However, barring having enough people to create your own space you can come somewhat close if you have any Housing Cooperatives in your area. Most of these tend to be College Co-Ops, if you're still in school, but some are for folks who are adults/professionals. I happen to live at an apartment co-op. We have 20 units with 1 or 2 people per unit plus a large common space for getting together for dinners and house meetings were we discuss grievances, kudos, our lives, and improving our building/units. We have to abide by the Fair Housing law as we're still "renters", but we still have thriving community as we attract those of like mind. We also have a sister complex that is a large shared house of 16 rooms, each room rented individually. It's basically what you describe minus the freedom of nudity and sex. :p

I've always kinda thought to myself, that as long as it was with people I trust, and everyone was clean and respectful and open, I would have no issues participating in an orgy.

That's about how I envision it, basically. I know there's poison and stuff that occurs because some folks can't be trusted. But I'd want to create that kind of atmosphere with folks I could trust. Like it'd have to be really, deep, hardcore, rock solid trust. Unshattering, unbreakable.
