Species and guidelines for Leathersaurs

Updates and changes as of now are going to be minimal in regards to the rules already existing within the group and species.
Everything Clown-grin had previously allowed for Leathersaurs will continue, and always be available and open for use.
- I'm changing the back story of the species to explain how they came to be, and how they arrived in our world. This will also include any plush or patchwork Leathersaurs within the community. I promise that I am taking great care to blend all of this together in a happy marriage.
-The species itself is now "Semi-Open/Semi-Closed" (I'm not sure which is the proper term).
What that means is hybrids, and physical alterations based on the region they live outside of Clown-grins listed habitats, and mutations are "closed".
To clarify, Leathersaurs can still be inspired and colored like other animals since they choose their pelt appearance by age 5. However, a hybrid including physical features not allowed in the guidelines will only be available as part of a hybrid character auction from myself in the future. The same rules will apply to the regional Leathersaurs I will introduce along with rare mutations.
