RIP OLD LAPTOP (2010ish-2017)

After six hours of battling with it, trying to get to work with the help of my friend 
curiosus ... We couldn't salvage the complete comics or the sketches off it, I'm gonna keep it in the closet for now but it stops loading once it's turned on and just shows a black screen. (two weeks of work locked away doods ;~;..)
Since we couldn't fix it, I'll have to use the new laptop to make comics. Problem is, that this laptop isn't compatible with my drawing tablet, because it's missing some important updates. My big brother felt bad for me and said he might get me a new tablet that works with this but he wasn't sure yet.
So I can't use the tablet, gonna have to draw this shit on paper again. Maybe digitize if I can hook up my scanner correctly.
But updates are gonna be really slow for now unless I can get some help.

only if the hard disk physically works.
not turning on could be due to a bad cpu, capacitors,or ram.
(just based on my experience with a laptop/netbook. someone more qualified could probably say more ^^;)
