Mum got a nasty infection after scratching a bug bite with dirty finger talons.
Got to play nurse with gauze and latex gloves cause there's no way in hell I'm touching that mess.
A good way to describe it without making it really gross.. It kinda looked like salami?
So yeah, if you don't leg salami, wash and clip your nails kids.
