A few other people have posted this and I thought I would post this too
Josiah Brooks (aka Jazza) is an Australian artist/animator and in this video he shows just how silly it
is to go and ask a variety of businesses for something for free/in exchange for exposure, credit.
You wouldn't ask a regular business for something for free... so why do it to artists?
I highly recommend giving his channel a watch; he makes some awesome content
including art challenges, tutorials and much more - you will really enjoy what he does
