1. I... have a lot of issues. I'm lonely, I'm depressed, I'm have anxiety regarding most social situations, and I often find me not liking myself very much. As a result, I am A) Whiny and hard to deal with at times and B) Not terribly judgemental about other people who feel similarly. The Internet is full of cruel people, but I'm not one of them
(TL;DR: I'm messed up!)

2. As a result of the above, I'm sort of in a rut as far as living my life goes. I live at home, it's difficult for me to find and keep a job, I don't really have any friends outside of the Internet, and the closest thing I've had to a love life was online for all of a month and a half.
(TL;DR: LIFE SUUUUUUX)

3. I'm a pretty huge geek. I loves me some Star Trek, comic books, Magic cards, and things of that nature. I have an unusual obsession with Dan Garrett (bonus points if you even know who he is), and just generally things to do with Blue Beetles and Booster Gold.

4. I took a 10-month video production course, and though nothing professional has come of it, I still have an interest in the subject, and I'd really like to make some short films.
(TL;DR: Oh come on, you can handle that one)

5. I loves me some old timey video games. That's what my parents get for letting me play Atari 2600 when I was 4.
(TL;DR: Same.)

6. I've always been something of a goody good. I've never smoked, or drank, and the only drugs I've done have been prescribed (I'm on anti-depressants), since as a kid, these things were 'bad' and thus should be avoided like the plague. Growing up around a lot of people I really didn't like who were into these things, I now have a lot of trouble accepting them, even used by people for who they're perfectly legal.
(TL;DR: I'm like.... 5)

7. I was in alternate education from grade 2 to grade 10. The stated purpose was social development, but by and large, these programs are dumping grounds for kids with behaviour issues who aren't actually dangerous enough to be in programs specifically for behavioural issues. Not being one of those sorts, I wasn't treated very well by those who were. I didn't really have a lot of friends growing up, and I didn't really have a lot of the normal school / growing up milestones or experiences.

8. I'm really afraid of people judging me, and of alienating people. I'm constantly worried that I'm saying something stupid, or making a fool of myself. This is largely the reason I don't favourite anything, I don't really want people judging me based on that. I also remember like... every time I ever feel like I've made an ass of myself. Like seriously, I get embarrassed and depressed over things that happened in elementary school.
(TL;DR: I want people to like me.)
