A Few Changes Around Here

That's the new name of the comic: "A Few Changes Around Here".
I've wanted to change the title for a long time; "Exciting Changes" was always a placeholder name, one that at least made sense for a comic filled with hyperactive characters like Markos and Trent, where the marketing department dressed in funny costumes, the accounting department was a talkative hivemind, and the now-absent legal department was a literal caste system.
Besides, the goal back then was to get a TF comic out there, no matter how bad, and if it happened to have a lame name, so what?
I would have changed the title a lot sooner, but I couldn't think of a good replacement (they were mostly either variants of "X Changes" or really bad puns involving the word "changes" — yes, it's kinda important for me that it advertises the fact that it's a TF comic). So of course it turns out the solution is giving it a common-use phrase that superficially refers to the main premise, but as a whole could refer to nearly anything about it. Just wish I'd thought of it before #37.
I will also try to update more frequently, like a real webcomic artist. I've been trying out a new schedule for the past two weeks that seems to be effective at keeping me from slacking off. I'll see how much of a buffer I can make between now and Anthrocon; hopefully I can get at least 2 more pages posted before then. Someday, I might even manage to post once a week... but again, I've been dreaming that for three years now. Can people really change that easily?
Only if we keep believing in it.

I'm going to give a long tip, because simple tips haven't helped me in the past. I have lots of past failures to staying focused, including adding up minutes and setting alarms and using computer monitoring software (too high-maintenance for me) and pulling 4-hour work periods and unplugging my internet (unsustainable in the long run). What makes my schedule helpful to me, I think, is scheduling in deliberately vague activities, like "personal" and "free space", in between my work and my play. This keeps it flexible enough that I could work within those moments or outside of them if I'm too stressed, but focused enough so that I don't just squander them (well, "free time" is made for squandering, but no playing Solitaire during "personal" time!) Also, really believe in sticking with it -- if your free time ends in a few minutes, then finish up writing your internet comments IMMEDIATELY and don't be like "I can put off drawing for a bit, I just have to finish writing this!" Those minutes add up.
By the work, love your work! I hope this helps! Feel free to ask me anything! :)
