So I totally started playing the piano again today... I was plucking out some notes and I just broke into Cloud's Theme from FFVII. Then I started to play "Suteki da ne" from FFX.

My parents tried to teach me piano as a child, but it never stuck. Then, in High School and College, I learned Music Theory on the piano, but wasn't very good. Somehow, the simplistic melodies of one Nobuo Uematsu have awakened a dormant talent within me...

In other news, the accessory belt on my car broke last night on the way home from work. That means, no AC, no power steering, and my battery is eventually going to die due to no generation of power... On the plus side, I didn't go into work today, so hooray and such. Also, I totally felt like a straight man at the auto parts store because I actually knew what I was looking for. The dude there looked surprised as well... I'm sure he was thinking "Aw shit, another faggot who doesn't know shit about cars comin' in here looking for a part that they can't even describe."
