Ah you are here. ahem. okay.
i actually DO have paypal account, but no funds in it. i had it since 2013 it seems. but the real question is now this. how the heck i get payments to it? .w.; how i can get money there if someone buys commission from me and such? and how much is good starting amount of money for the commissions? .w.;
If i possibly find a way how to be able to receive payments from people that buy commission from me i will open commissions here via paypal. But firstly i need more info.

okay. i think the card is for the thing that if you want to transfer money from your bank card to paypal and add from paypal to credit card. i'm trying to myself find a way that how people can pay me money and such.
