Swear to fuck...

I swear...I honestly swear...
I am SO goddamn near done with this entire fucking fandom.
All these "REEEEEE NAZIS" retards and this trivial, senseless, ideologically-driven bullshit, harassment, calls to violence, etc, etc, etc
Every
Fucking
Bit of it
This fandom is spiraling down the shitter faster and faster every year, and as long as all these braindead, naive, delusion fucks ON EVERY FUCKING SIDE keep flooding in, it's never going to improve.
If you're one of these kind of people, then fuck you. YOU are what is wrong with the fandom. YOU are why there's so much drama and hatred. YOU are why conventions are shut down, people are no-platformed, and so many kind and decent people want nothing more to do with you and this fandom as a whole. YOU are why there is so much intolerance. YOU are why this fandom is so divided. YOU are the problem. YOU and YOUR uppity, whiny, self-absorbed bullshit, tone policing, thought policing, and selfish PC "boohoo muh fee-fees" bullcrap. You are terrible fucking people.
If you AREN'T one of these kinds of people, then good for you, but I suggest you either do more to push back against this ideological bullshit, or you at least prepare for all the trouble that it will likely bring you.
The first day...FIRST FUCKING DAY, of BLFC, twitter alone was awash with so much garbage, it's utterly ridiculous. If this is going to be the new norm, then this fandom will surely die a slow and painful death, and you'll just see one convention after another go down, just like RMFC did.
I'm so fucking sick of it...

FA+

That's literally all it is. It's done to get a rise out of people because they KNOW how many people are going to sperg out about it like unhinged retards.
IT. IS. LITERALLY. JUST. JOKES.
There are no suggestions of anything. There are no calls to action. There are no clear and direct threats coming from these people. They are quite literally hurting no one.
Until any of these people begin committing actual violence, harassment, or direct harm...big whoop.
The onus is on those throwing fits about it for blowing it completely out of proportion. Not to mention the already countless DIRECT calls for violence and harassment of not just those very, very, very, very few who are responsible, or even just assumed to be responsible, for the trolling, but against those who would either simply defend them or even just be PERCEIVED to be one of them.
So yeah, while I get what it is at it's base... it needs to stop.
He isn't some "extreme troll" or some shit who took jokes and memes too seriously. He's a racist. An ACTUAL racist, and a clearly mentally unstable one at that. Blaming what he did on "jokes and memes" is just outright bullshit apologetics, no different than if I blamed the Islamist who ran people down in Sweden, or the one in Nice, for doing what they did NOT because of their ideology, but because they played too many violent video games.
It's excusing the actions of a terrible person over trivialities.
It doesn't matter if jokes are racist or whatever. They're jokes, and quite obviously so.
Just because something is offensive to you doesn't mean it should be censored.
And yes, I am aware that as a private entity the con does not have to allow it. I'm speaking more as to the mindset as a whole.
Since when are SJWs a race? Or is the Kekistan/Cuckistan conflict now canon?
as for you trying to Correlate that with the fandom, Who is causing violence? who is shutting down cons? who is openly making threats and promoting others to do so at cons?
It sure as Fuck isnt the "Nazi furs"
Is that ok? Or is that just as bad? It is propaganda after all.
Furthermore, the one example you have is very very flawed. It is unrelated to anything that is being talked about.
Furthermore again, what about all of the threats of violence and bounties for theft/violence/damage to property that is being propagated? Those are surely worse than one card with three memes on it.
Threats, and offerings of money/other compensation for violence/theft will surely do more to rile everyone up and taking things to far yes?
Re. Foxler - they are seeking to make a precedent by making an example of him. If there was no Foxler, their Eye of Mordor would be upon some other unfortunate fellow. I cannot wait to pluck their eye out.
where as, we actually have Antifa and commie furs passing out booklets saying "Fascists need to die"
There was one card found in an elevator. Not passed out, not seen elsewhere. There has only been one instance of the card so far mentioned at BLFC.
On the card there is a picture of Pepe. Overlayed on Pepe is the "I am a trained Navy Seal with over 300 confirmed kills" meme in white comic sans font.
Then to the right there is RAWR XD and under that RACE WAR NOW in black font.
This is obviously a combination of older/almost dead memes.
There is no way that it can be taken as "propaganda". It doesn't state that "violence and ethnic cleansing is a thing". It also cannot be taken to state that "we need to start a race war". You are really... drawing a lot of false conclusions from some words and an image.
The combination of words and image is specifically relating to three memes, thrown together. As a result of that, it cannot be taken seriously, because it isn't serious. It doesn't advocate racism, it doesn't advocate ethnic cleansing, it doesn't even say which race should win in the race war, nor which race it supports.
It kinda falls into the old joke of: If you take this seriously, you deserve to.
And yes, considering the use of memes, it was probably done to get the exact reaction that it has. The way not to have this kinda stuff done, is not to be so sensitive and take things so far in response. The reaction is the reason. It is that people take it more serious and draw more from it than it was ever intended. That is funny. To people who do this kind of thing. People reacting that poorly is funny.
The easiest and best thing to do, would be to be chill about it. Be like. Hey, three memes. Eh'. Kinda poorly put together fam. Try harder next time yeah?
Then they will give up. They didn't get a reaction. They didn't get people to draw more conclusions and flawed views from something that was thrown together from three unrelated memes.
The fandom used to be a respite from the world at large; sadly for many of us, it no longer is. Furry cheerleaders and evangelists have succeeded in their quest to mainstream it, and now, especially since the mass conversion sparked by Zootopia, it suffers from all the social problems it used to mitigate; it's a lucrative market of impulse shoppers now, and a delightfully reactionary political base to be manipulated and exploited by whatever institution has the interest and means to do so. I liked it better when rich people in suits didn't even know there was such a thing.
But even I have to sit here, look at all the people just trying to get a rise out of others, and shake my head.
I know that there's a time and a place for certain things.
I also know that there's freedom of speech. But we must always remember that our actions, much like a stone tossed in a still lake, will have ripples. It will have repercussions.
We must as always be vigilant to safeguard ourselves against such rabble rousers, and be doubly sure to be able to guard our emotions against being prone to outbursts against implied or self-inflicted offense over such things. The biggest issue these days is that such people are given too much power in affecting how an individual feels.
If someone gets upset over something another is doing, there is every bit the potential for that individual to walk away, shake their head, and just say "Well, that poor person's wasting their time."
Instead, people are called to arms in outrage, gather in a mob mentality, and proceed to give the person who set the trap the exact ammunition they need to turn the situation into the wildfire they desire. I was once told that ignoring the problem doesn't make it go away, and they're right: The thing to do however is to make sure that if someone is indeed causing problems against a convention's rules, you are to inform the convention owners, and take no actions yourself. You are not the hero of this story, and not in a position of power to sway those who would seek to spark conflict in these situations.
Remember that for every action there is a motivation and logic behind it, no matter how seemingly irrational.
Try to understand this, and your outrage will be less a weight on your mind, and less a burden to your critical thinking skills. Emotion does nothing to solve a problem, and will only fan the flames ever higher.
We must be the change we wish to see in this world.
...Which is why I say give unto me your soul; For it will power my ascent into godhood, and I will crush all these fools underfoot! XD
Heh, that is pretty Heilarious!
But, you know there is nothing worse than exceSSive pun use?
Even so, I Reich them very much, they are a gas.
People have been trolling furries for years, and now they found something that works.
This works because it is obviously an issue that is tearing people apart and if they actually cared about the fandom and the people in it they'd cool their jets, them being the raiders or whomever in this case.
But the arm band this is significant because sometimes that is enough to get people riled up and there is a sub argument over if it has reason to rile people up or if people are just over reacting. It's causing a sudden influx of infighting in the fandom because there are a lot of angles one could look at it from and it is difficult to get people to agree on anything.
Let's start the furry raiders are Nazis they aren't but for the sake of argument let's say they are. Are they activly threatening and promoting violence not the armbands but calling for kill X or remove X fro. The Fandom? No!
It's time we all take a step back take personal politics put of the Fandom. Not because I don't want political discussions or dialogue but because everyone needs sanity Right now and if you can't make your political arguments without using buzzwords like racist/Nazi or liberal SJW then maybe just maybe you shouldn't be talking about politics.
*sigh* Can kinda agree with you. It is a part of me though, to enjoy the anthropomorphics and artworks. But, the ideological view of the world that is becomming normal and loud is very difficult to deal with.
All these "REEEEEE NAZIS" retards and this trivial, senseless, ideologically-driven bullshit, harassment, calls to violence, etc, etc, etc
Especially because they are getting set off by each other being set off. They don't think nor consider or respond. They just take old stupid comments made to set folks off, see them, and go THIS IS LEGIT! THIS IS REAL! THIS ISN'T BADLY CONSTRUCTED JOKES! Even though, looking at it, they have very flimsy evidence at best. They all echo off each other to make it seem worse and worse, escalating the calls, and stating outright that he is most definitely a nazi white supremacist who hates all blacks! Ignoring the fact that he isn't white and is in a homosexual relationship with a black man...
While doing this, they say NO NAZIS! And hate anyone who likes the uniform or wants to have anything inspired by the nazi party. But at the same time really love folks who dress up, fully and completely including flag, in USSR getup. Like... the mental disconnect between loving one and hating the other is astounding.
This fandom is spiraling down the shitter faster and faster every year, and as long as all these braindead, naive, delusion fucks ON EVERY FUCKING SIDE keep flooding in, it's never going to improve.
It is that hardcore ideological views of the world have become... 'normal'. That they aren't extreme, that they are somehow 'normal'.
A surprisingly good example. If you go to my gallery and take a look. This is legitimately what people have called me through my art and comments. See if you can find any evidence of it at all:
I produce alt-right hate art propaganda pieces and am a nazi-apologist.
See if you can find any evidence of that at all. I'll wait, because none of it is true and there obviously isn't any evidence.
The first day...FIRST FUCKING DAY, of BLFC, twitter alone was awash with so much garbage, it's utterly ridiculous. If this is going to be the new norm, then this fandom will surely die a slow and painful death, and you'll just see one convention after another go down, just like RMFC did.
Ohhh the threats, the very very many threats. And offering to pay people for violence/damage of property/theft. It was horrible.
Using Foxler as an example.
It currently stands at: $215, one full colour commission, one free thigh-up full colour commission, one coloured sketch, two headshots, one icon, one vector bust badge, one doodle, one headshot sketch, two pixel artworks, three badges (or two badges and one small animation), one digital badge, one set of handpaws, one 2-5 page story, one 10 page story and a copy of Overwatch if someone does the following.
- Dump a bag of franzia on his head (filmed).
- Punch him in the face.
- Steal his fursuit head and put it in a dumpster (picture).
- Steal his armband (picture).
Most of those artworks come from the theft of his armband.
None of the people making threats, advocating violence or offering rewards for violence/theft/damage to property have had anything happen to them. Even though it is all illegal to advocate violence and offer to pay bounties for stolen property/theft/violence.
SJW folks decide that something offends them, then justify violence/avocation of violence/threats because that thing offends them. Then the rest of their group coddles them, and says that that attitude is good and fine and wonderful.
It is sickening to see it spread through the furry subculture as significantly as it has.
It is understandable that you would wish to leave the fandom, but do not concede defeat before the battle has passed its preliminary stages. At least grant us that.
I have been in this fandom 25 years. I started in 1992 on Furrymuck and created Johnny Blanco there. Since then I have been to cons, met some great people and had some great times.
And yet. There has been times where people have tried to get a rise out of us. There were Anthrocons where people showed up trying to document us and it was as plain as day.
We didn't take that shit then and we don't take it now.
Let me state this clearly. I don't give a fuck if you're a troll or a nazi or whatever else. You want a platform for that shit? Go do it online and keep it to twitter and all that fucking bullshit.
DO NOT do it at a con.
Why? It's fucking simple.
We are here to hang out with our friends, have a great time and not be harassed by people who would more than likely do so. And you're trying to harass us and say "oh this is free speech and all that shit even I am doing it for the lulz?"
No.
Going to a con isn't a right. Going to a con is a privilege. Abuse said privilege and guess what?
It gets taken away.
I don't want to see people dressed up in "nazi" attire.. you can do that shit at home. I don't want people handing out cards from some stupid meme.. do that online. I go to cons to relax and have a good time.
Fuck with that.. and we're going to have problems. Period. And this has nothing to do with my precious "fee-fee's" this has to do with the whatever amount of money I have spent to get to a place but I have to look over my shoulder because some fucktard might go unhinged and either damage my property (aka fursuit) or just get in my face trying to get a reaction out of me for the "lulz"
And let me just re-state. I am not flooding into the fandom. I have always been here. I have always been nice and respectful EVEN TO the "Nazi" furs. But LATELY they've become more and more emboldened to do stupid shit to ruin other peoples fun.
Now do I condone people going off and finding Foxler and hitting him because he's a "nazi"? FFS no! I don't condone Richard Spencer getting punched in the face! THAT was a cowardly act! He was sucker punched. But people think "Nazi" and they think back to WW2 where people were trying to be these really great people by stopping a worldwide menace.
That doesn't exist anymore. There is no more 3rd reich it's.. gone. And it won't come back anytime soon. I may not agree with you on subjects and that's fine.. but for me to put my hands on you for no reason? No. Won't ever happen.
I don't give a fuck if you're a troll or a nazi or whatever else. You want a platform for that shit? Go do it online and keep it to twitter and all that fucking bullshit.
Cool. I agree with you. There weren't any nazis at the con. Just the Furry Raiders who have an armband with several different coloured backgrounds, a white circle and a black paw print. They aren't nazis. People falsely accuse the entire group of being nazis and then not only falsely accuse them of that, but outright threaten them, create mob dynamics and try to incite violence/theft.
We are here to hang out with our friends, have a great time and not be harassed by people who would more than likely do so. And you're trying to harass us and say "oh this is free speech and all that shit even I am doing it for the lulz?"
One card was found. ONE. That was what you are talking about.
At the same time there was one person dressed completely in soviet era costume, with a communist flag. That is... apparently fine. Even though communism has killed more than nazis. But, yeah, that is fine. Not problem.
Furthermore. Actual, legitimate propaganda for communism/marxism was handed out at the con. Booklets about having to kill people and destroy the rich. That was passed/handed out. Again, apparently no problem.
Going to a con isn't a right. Going to a con is a privilege.
Yeah. I agree with you. And it is entirely up to the con who/what they let in and who/what they exclude. It is a private event after all.
I don't want to see people dressed up in "nazi" attire.. you can do that shit at home. I don't want people handing out cards from some stupid meme.. do that online. I go to cons to relax and have a good time.
Yep, and heaps of people there don't want folks to falsely accuse others of being nazis when they aren't. Issue heaps of threats. Offer bounties for violence/theft/damage of property, and face no repercussions at all. In addition, heaps of people don't want folks walking around in full communist attire, with communist flags. And people don't want folks handing out full communist/marxist propaganda books and leaving them around the convention. Folks go to cons to relax and have fun. Having folks there who get set off by the mere presence of someone they don't like to the point of issuing bounties for violent acts to be done upon them is utterly horrendous.
NONE of the folks who are doing things "for the lulz" have caused any damage or ruined any con. It is the folks who have the "hurt my precious fee-fees" reaction to things who have.
But LATELY they've become more and more emboldened to do stupid shit to ruin other peoples fun.
Incorrect group you are blaming here. It is the SJW folks who have become emboldened to to stupid shit and ruin other people's fun. For example they got RMFC closed.
If you dress like a nazi.. guess what.. you're trying to be one. I haven't threatened anyone and I won't... but these people are taking this way too far. And guess what.. If you do bad you're going to get punished. If you act like an asshole you're going to get called out on your bullshit.
I really don't give a fuck about this anymore. BLFC should just ban foxler and others like him. Because HE has brought this on himself.
I suppose then, if you dress like a communist and hand out communist propaganda you are trying to be one. We should ban all communists?
He brought... not dressing like a nazi and having everyone hate him because of their own ideological views of him on himself? Well he kinda did. He is a bit of a troll.
The overreaction by the far left to threats of violence and bounties paid for violence/theft is worse than dressing... well, than wearing an armband for their group that looks somewhat like a nazi armband.
It isn't even a full costume. Or even dressing like a nazi. It is an armband. With a logo. On different coloured backdrops.
What you are saying is false.
BLFC should ban everyone who posted threats and payments for violence/theft. Considering how that is illegal and will look bad on the convention if Foxler decides to take it further. Those are the people who should be banned. Those who spread hate and violence should be banned.
You don't like the way BLFC is being run? Don't go. In fact start your own nazi-con and we just won't go.. hell you can even have 2 as your entertainment
I'm done with this.
People made threats. They should be punished for the threats. Yes?
You are stating that outright.
Now. Regarding the next part. He isn't a nazi. The Furry Raiders aren't nazis. So why do you keep calling them that?
Do you have any evidence for these statements?
Well, I suppose nearly every woman must be a witch and every man must be a superhero, as most of them dressed as witches/superheros for Halloween. Have you considered, perhaps, that people may dress up as things for reasons other than personally identifying as such? Such as, perhaps, making oversensitive little Lefties throw temper tantrums? Because it's absolutely hilarious to watch an adult spazz out and shriek, and generally lose their fucking minds?
Because that's at least one reason people may dress up as Nazis without identifying as one; because people like you freak the fuck out over it and tell them they can't.
The fact that you can defend the actions of the raiders by stating that their views aren’t actually hostile unless they act on them, to then immediately treat the reactions of those at the convention with overwhelming condemnation is hypocritical to the extreme.
By your own logic, there shouldn’t be an issue with those direct threats unless someone acted on them, right? And the only person that should be to blame is the one who actually physically reacted, right?
Not to even speak of the utter failure of your little “social effort” here.
Your attempt at “starting a dialogue” has immediately degenerated into your own echo chamber of like-minders lashing out at anyone who approaches with a different opinion, and expressing open hostility towards anyone you view as the opposition.
You are as cancerous as the very people you despise, and none of your circumlocutious rants or circle-jerks with your like-minders will change any of that.
