[Job offer]animator/programmer want to join furry project?

I am working in a team who make games and animation. We want to do a furry project next!! Of cause we get our salary to do so.
So we are looking for some position like:
1) MG animator
2) Furry/animal Animator
3) 3D modeller
4) 3D animator ( will also need to know rigging
5) A progammer who will develope in game design and level design
6) programmers (who have 3D skill)
7) server programmer

They're a very good animator, but they've been busy with things lately and I don't know if they'll be available/have any time to do much research on their own. I know they're skilled in #2, 3, and 4 though, if that helps any.
