yes you can! ^^

As long as we are the ones that own the raffle, we can post about it. Posting about others' raffles to get an extra ticket is not allowed. Also there may be a raffle in the group, but I was sharing about the group :) It'd be nice to see it grow into a great little community for free art and characters!
