Charms update!

To those that ordered my D.Va charm, I’d like to apologize for the delay as well as the lack of communication. I will make sure to provide more updates on here and other social media platforms in the future!
The service i am using to print my charms has continuously delayed my production. They hsve exceeded their production time twice now, and I am losing my patience. I am contacting them about this, and will request a refund and change service if they have an unreasonable schedule. As my first time producing merchandise, this situation has left me a little flustered, but all I can do is try my best to ensure a more timely production. I’m so sorry T__T

I had looked up some reviews to compare and contrast charms. They were the cheapest I could find but appeared to be good quality. I haven't seen anyone complain about this, so I'm not sure it's a regular thing. But... I probably will not be using them again. I'm very unhappy.
