All of my work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
I sell everything in USD! Why, if I live in Canada? Because most of my customers and most of the people/companies I buy from are in America! This makes it so that I can earn the money to buy commissions, supplies and other things from the US at the same rate as someone who lives there!
-Do not copy, trace, recolor, edit or claim my art as your own. DO NOT remove my watermark or ask me to do so! If you do any of these things, you will be blacklisted from my services.
-Note me your paypal and I will send you an invoice. I do not accept paypal tips or sending money to friends and family as a form of payment for commissions. If you send me money this way, I will send the money back and request that you do it the way I stated. This is for the protection of both the artist and the customer.
-I charge 2.9% on top of the quote price, which I will always remind a customer of before an agreement is made. This is the amount that paypal charges me per sale.
-I will not start until payment is received.
-Refunds are available upon cancellation until I have done 50% of your commission, but please give me some time to complete your refund as I am not in a financial place to be able to do it in one payment. I will likely refund in two or three equal payments.
-I do have depression and anxiety which very often affects my motivation and self-discipline. If I take more than one month to complete your commission due to this, you are welcome to request a refund regardless of whether or not I have more than 50% of your commission done. I will still have to do it in payments, as stated above. I will also offer a 20% discount should you decide to commission me at a later time.
-If you are harassing, insulting, threatening, etc. I have the right to cancel your commission. I will send you what I have finished and refund the amount that corresponds with what I have not finished. You will then be blocked and blacklisted from my services.
-I have the right to cancel your commission at any time. You will be refunded the full amount in two or three equal payments.
-Please credit me at least once for any art that I make for you.
-You will receive a sketch Work In Progress (WIP) as I begin your commission. You may request any changes at this stage, but once the linework is complete I will only change any design errors on my part.
-If you have already paid for your commission, you do not need to pay extra if my prices go up. Likewise, I will not refund the difference if my prices go down.
-Prices will vary depending on character complexity, species, clothing, etc.
-I will NOT draw NSFW art for anyone under the age of 18 under ANY circumstances.
-Any and all art you commission me is yours to post wherever you wish. I also reserve the right to post the art wherever I see fit.
-Any and all characters still belong to their respectful owners.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my TOS and thus are bound by the terms.
