Commission price changes plus some new commission types

Hey all, I've tweaked some of the prices under my Commission Tab!
I've now added in the option to choose between a full body or headshot commission into some of my commission types. I've lowered the prices on the commission types that are only headshots to match this new additon. I've also added in reference sheets like (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23694934) to boot.

For example, 2 characters on a flat color headshot would be $30+50%($15) for a total of $45.
