I've seen em before but I'm not quite sure how they work

It got few ways how it goes.

One could be that people pay money to increase a size of certain body are or muscle group. Other can be that character grows just bigger. Other can be that people choose mutations and pay for em and what not.

There are few ways to tackle that

Ah right right, like an ongoing thing... I must check out others and see how they structure it. I was thinking of just doing one or two fixed structure ych sequences, but at a reduced emergency rate.

For example, "Every dollar is 1 lb. You choose which muscle group your donation goes to! The highest donor can be featured in this stage's image."
