So, as a few of you are aware, my partner of three years flew down to spend a month down here in Australia with me. After a day of petting kangaroos, koalas and emus, we sat by the Brisbane River at the local fur meet and cuddled while we gazed at the city.

It was there that I asked the most incredible woman I've known if she would spend the rest of her life with me. And I was so nervous, that I had forgotten the little speech I had rehearsed!

I don't know why I was nervous though, as it was never, ever in doubt as to if she'd say yes or not
