So it seems there's this hair salon in China, 'kay, and they were trying to get an English translation for the name of their shop, see, and they immediately used the first response they got.

Well... I suppose it could have been worse. There is actually a beauty shop near here that is called "Curl UP and Dye".

Nope. Memphis, Tennessee. The shop is actually in Bartlett, TN. It's adjacent to Memphis.

I first saw the name as the name of the beauty parlor that Carrie Fisher worked at in The Blues Brothers. Something that clever has to be used over and over

Must check with my blacksmith friend Gary in Memphis, see if he's heard of it.
