New streaming device setup

I'm trying out a new, highly-experimental setup by jury-rigging an Elgato HD60S into my Cintiq 13HDT's HDMI cable, so I can stream from my gaming rig instead of slowing down my Mac (and possibly causing brush lag).
The only trouble is I haven't got the brightness/contrast/etc calibrated quite right, and I left my Spyder at my parents' house :(

Oh hey! I was recently starting to look into color calibration equipment. How well does that thing work for you?

It was mostly me forgetting I had the device for a long while, from what I remember it certainly worked at calibrating, since it's basically a special camera over the screen.
