Like Its The First Time
Another day has rolled on through
Another night ill dream of you.
Im just your standard Hopeless romantic, but what others cant see is theres more to our canvas.
I paint my heart, only for you,
I spill my thoughts, only for you.
When will i wake up? When will i see? The sweet and loving girl devoted to me?
The days are long, and my nights are short, being without you keeps me screaming for more.
My life is filled, but im being torn, I thank the gods for the day you were born.
And i keep on dreaming, keep on screaming, Hold me close, Please, babe hold me close.
And ill keep on waiting, always wanting, For you,
to come into my view,
Like its the first time.
