???? Is there some smaller hall opened for non con attendees for meet and greet??

Yes, there was a new attraction at this year's Anthrocon: 'Hall D' on the ground floor, where you could go after the parade (if you had enough energy left!) and mingle with members of the public who wanted more photos.

I went there with  comus and  coal121, as handler, but haven't uploaded my pictures from the hall yet.
