I will now be refusing to order from any new artists and/or maker for anything going forward. I'm tired of the way that too many people in this community treat their patrons and honestly cannot believe it. I have been ripped off twice in the past six months for art, feel like I have another one coming, and have a suit that has been 'in progress' for a year with no clear completion date.

I am very understanding of the fact that artists have lived and things happen to all of us that end up delaying things. However it is an important part of customer service to complete a patrons work in the order or close to the order in which you receive them depending on the complexity of said work. When you have customers waiting for art work, I don't believe that you should be taking on other commissions of the same value and completing them before the first person is done nor do I believe that you should provide an unreqchable date knowing that you won't be able to complete in time. If you were hungry and ordered a pizza that was promised to you within an hour, you wouldn't be very happy if it came three days later would you?

This is my rant and I am sure that I will receive counter points from several artists on my list...or perhaps nobody will read this. I just needed a place to vent out and make my feelings known
