Hello my dear kind watchers :)

I wanted to give a small personal update to let folks know what's going on. I had been avoiding to do one for the last week because typing hurts my hand but I am now in a place where I can do one <3

To start, I bought a new wrist brace that is more appropriate for daytime use. It keeps my wrist in better position while giving my fingers flexibility to actually hold things. My other wrist brace was a night-time/sleeping wrist brace which more or less immobilized my whole hand.

The new compression gloves work amazing! I am a bit sad though as I've realized that I must keep my gloves on most of the day and night. Taking the gloves off means my hands feel pain within minutes.

I've gone to see a doctor! My home island was lucky and fortunate to have a few days of free healthcare as part of a training program that the US's Department of Defense holds between the different divisions. The doctor there... didn't exactly fill me with hope. He said no physical therapy will cure me and that with "hand problems, so many things could be the problem" and thus I still don't know what the exact issue is. He personally thinks that I have nerve damage in my elbows and that I need an MRI scan, a nerve test, and then surgery. I later went to the physical therapists on-site. They showed me a few nerve stretches that have been helping. They also feel like it's carpal tunnel and have given me a lot of stretches for that. A lot of them were similar to the ones I learned from a friend who went through surgery in her wrist so I feel very validated in all my efforts. The results have been good. It's really hard for me to go day to day and not do art and that has taken a straining toll on my moods and mental health. I have been working as hard as I can doing what I can while keeping in my my limitations.

That said, my husband has been very supportive and amazing. He has been helping around the house more and cooking. He has also bought me a discounted display model of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4! I love it so much and have named it "Midna". The keyboard attachment on it is nice and allows me to type a little mroe before I feel discomfort. What is even more amazing though is now I have a pseudo tablet I can sketch on when I am in bed and hit with insomnia :D This leads me to my next announcement:

*Notes & Explanations. Please read if you are considering hiring me <3 *
1. I will be slow but I hope within 1.5 months tops. I'm very sorry! I intend to work on this in bed before sleeptime as I use my standard pc settup on my larger commissions. My goal is within 1-2 weeks for each wingit but just in case my hand pains flair up badly I would like clients to know ahead of time.
2. As wing-its I would get free reign over pose but you are more than welcome to give me themes. If I'm unable to get the sketch done in 1 sitting you may find wips up on my twitter account :)
3. I reserve the right to add rules should I find the need to do so.
4. To apply for a slot, please post either your ref sheet or a brief written physical description. If you want me to design for you a fun elaborate and unique fursona or OC, I am more than happy to assist <3
5. If you are selected I will send you a Note to verify payment (Paypal Invoice) and the finer details of the commission :) I will lay out for you the visual ideas I had when I saw/read your post and give you a prices for the different options.
6. If you aren't chosen for a slot, please do not feel sad. If I could physically art more and faster I would take on everyone's orders ; ; Be that as it may I will open the next batch of wing-it slots on my FA account via journals :3
7. Price is based off complexity of the fursona design/overall commission design (in case there is armor or complex fashion) as well as style (sketching lines with basic colors or a rough painterly style). I would like to mention that any small tips will ensure extra details.
8. If you have a human OC I will strongly consider you for an additional slot :D
