Health concerns

Soooo the past 2 months, and who managed to follow my journals appearing and disappearing would know, was quite a journey to me for several different reasons. Exam periods. friendship problems, financial problems, my father being a dick, instead of waiting for one to calm down they topped one or the other. I don't insist on the fact that one of my issue came out thanks to stress, but I did went to a doctor with it pointing it out to me. And I cant really ignore the fact. I was quite unhappy with what was going on for this period and weirdly enough the doctor said my back gave in to it. Nothing unfixable fortunately but it lasted long enough to ask a doctor if this is alright and if something can be done about it. He said yoga or soft stretching that puts some weight but not too much onto my back. So nothing like cut wood and lift heavy weights. When I asked him what should it be then like sit ups? he said not even that or if I would have no choice not full sit ups but only ones that squishes my belly a bit. Or swim.
I came to the conclusion that I like swimming sounds like a great option. I like to do that in cold water more specifically. Well "cold" about 22-27 °C nothing higher. So most probably my weekends will be spent with that or some weekdays to at least swim for a hour or something as a rehab. if can't do just some Yoga tho I'm no expert on it. But if it's too much I will feel the pain.
Also what I try to say to it, Obviously I can't just say "oh hey people made me a boo boo and now my back is bad cus the stress they generated." what I try to say it might have added broke a system that was weakened. Which would make sense. I had time to take some care of myself. This year was not that year. I had time to move my legs and arms but biking as I learned from my doctor does not actually moves my back.
Should not break my productivity tho. but if it does well I guess this is a heads up as well to answer the "why".

Swimming is just magic. It just solves so much problems.
