I love me some jokes, but this isn't one. I'm sure you've seen or heard plenty about it else where but this discussion, over net neutrality is important, no matter where you live.
If you live in the US your access to internet in general is at risk.
If you live out the the US, you're still not in the clear. If you use sites who are based from the US, those sites are at risk.
All in all, its a huge deal, that I would advise you help out if you can.
