though I am personally not to much of a fan of it, and prefer furaffinity over deviantART
but it's somewhat "easier" to gain a following //uf you ask me// by submitting to groups etc.
It's hard to get a foot hold unless you draw fandom stuff though.
Plus the tagging system is extra dumb.
Other than that there's people who uses instagram, tumblr or even twitter for showing artworks :p
Not to mention a lot of artists are starting to stop doing cub art there, which is actually kinda cool because there needs to be a bigger balance.
