So, we're suddenly needing to move because our town home has basically become unlivable. Last Saturday a leak in our roommate's room popped up after a large rain storm hit our area. The maintenance came in to pop the bubble that formed on the ceiling and drained the water out but there was a hole open to the attic. Over the past couple days, the air quality dramatically decreased in the upstairs, making it impossible for our roommate to sleep in his room and hindering our ability to sleep in ours. So because of all of this, we are looking to move out by the end of the month. Since we're moving so suddenly, I'll need to make up some extra money for the pet deposit in the new place.

If I have to accept some commissions for the pet deposit, I want to put up front that these will not be completed until after the move and I'm settled in, which shouldn't take too long, maybe a week at most. I want to be upfront about this, I don't want to accept a couple commissions and then have people expecting progress without an update for a few days.

Due to everything happening with our apartment, I haven't had much time to work on other owed commissions. Again, once I'm moved in I'm going to get right to work on everything owed. I appreciate the patience of people who are already in my queue and I'll try to show progress as soon as I'm able.
