Anyone who works with a tablet that can help with tech?

I have a Yiynova MSP 19U drawing tablet. I bought a drawing table and have set up the tablet before, but everytime I turn off the computer the tablet doesn't recognize the pen anymore. I downloaded the drivers. Am I doing something wrong? Or is my Norton Antivirus deleting the drivers?

But have you replaced the battery in the pen if it takes a battery?
Your tablet not reconizing it's pen ,sounds like its within the tablet or pen!
the drivers just help the stupid computer work with the tablet?
Or did you set everything up and just forget to save all of the settings on the computer before you shut it off?

Is there a light that comes on the tablet whenever the pen gets near it's surface?
Does the tablet itself take batteries, rechargeable, or usb powered?
