2. Scar b/c he's not really evil, just pissed at his brother. I really wish the lion king writers would have explained more about Scar and Mufasa's past. Also, b/c he started out with no power and used sly tactics to achieve his goal. Unlike most other Disney villans who were powereful to begin with and used that power to be villainous.

Plus he's funny and I like his look.

1) Not sure, I think its a jumble of villains every time I think of it.
2) Frollo or Cruella de Vil. Both great character designs, both had some delightfully twisted motivations. Love em both.
