Q: Can I change my FA username or delete my account?
A: No. It is impossible. If you no longer like your name you will need to create a new account and transfer everything across.
Note:Staff will not ban accounts on request.
Q: Can the staff transfer my watches/comments/submissions across for me?
A: No.
Q: When will Ferrox be done?
A: When it’s finished, and not a moment earlier!
Q: What should I do if I see a stolen pic a bad photo, or anything else that violates the rules?
A: You can report any pics, music, etc to the staff with the trouble ticket system.
If you do so, please add a link to the submission in question, a link to the user who posted the pic, AND (in case of stolen/traced artwork) a link to the original pictures if available.
Q: How do I submit an issue to the staff/How do I submit trouble tickets?
A: Under Control Panel -> System Support -> Open and View Trouble Tickets, or follow this link: http://www.furaffinity.net/controls.....roubletickets/. This is much more preferable than noting individual staff.
Q: My trouble ticket hasn’t been replied to yet! Why is this?
A: Staff are busy people, and on top of that they have lives too. It will be addressed as soon as possible. Please remember all staff are volunteers and are giving up their time to help you.
Q: Are there any avatar limitations?
A: Yes. All avatars must be kept PG-13. Avatars that don’t comply will be removed.
Q: I have an issue with a staff member’s decision. What should I do?
A: Note the staff member about it and discuss it privately. You certainly should not create a journal whining about decisions made, and remember…

Q: I can’t view mature art!
A: Have you enabled your Mature Filter? It’s under Control Panel -> My FA Account -> Account Settings. You’ll need to have filled in your birth date to do it!
Q: I was previously able to view mature art, and now I can’t!
A: It’s possible you’ve been age locked by staff, for being underage. If you are underage, you’ll have to wait until you’re 18 and scan a government-issued ID, followed by emailing it to staff to prove you have turned 18. If you are already 18, scan and email the staff your ID to get it reversed- mistakes do happen. Be sure to include your FA account URL in the photo/scan!
