I submitted another email and it wasn't until they saw that I had disputed a claim they decided to answer. I'll probably get called a dick, have my name dragged through the mud or whatnot because I'm not as popular as them. I've seen this drama before, but not answering for 3 months or letting people know what's going on just isn't good business to me.
