New rules/TOS for customers

From now on I will be accepting payments now through INVOICE ONLY.
* NEW AND UPDATE TERMS OF SERVICE/WILL BE INCLUDED IN ALL INVOICES
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms below
I. GENERAL TERMS.
Please write in clean/understandable manner.
Provide references and detail anything in detail what you wish for me to not miss.
Also when ordering anything from me ALWAYS leave your EMAIL as I use the INVOICE system from now on.
Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
THIS NOW APPLIES TO ANY PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS, UNLESS YOU ARE IN MY REFUNDING LIST ALREADY.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
II. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currencies I accept is USD/EURO.
DO NOT ask me if I accept payment plans, as the answer will be no. YOU MUST be a REGULAR customer as I may discuss and accept a payment plan.
III. PROCESS
Work In Progress will be given upon request, or if I am unsure about something, or just checking in to see if everything is looking okay and up to standard.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.
If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
Once a commission has been uploaded to FA (Furaffinity) I will ask for you to COMMENT a review on me/Experience with the artist/ your thoughts and satisfaction on the finished product and if you would work with me again.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning, making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
VI. CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
UNLESS
IF DISCUSSED WITH ME PERSONALLY VIA DISCORD OR BUSINESS EMAIL

*Business Email (Responses may take up to 1-3 business days) - missmixibusiness[at]gmail.com
Commissions $100+ MAY be accepted for a refund within reason, BUT can take a bit of time to refund back to you and I cannot give an estimated time ASAP, it counts of my funds/current situation as this is my main source of income and money is ALWAYS flowing.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a Charge back/Dispute/Claim/Artists Beware against me.
You will forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me unless I have given you a refund before hand on GOOD terms.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

Doesn't mean I'm not going to continue to be friendly and try to be friend my customers because their not just wallets as other artists like to see them as.
it seems a bit..well like if i had an issue with an artist for whatever reason, say it took them a year to get to my piece, or some crazy thing and i posted a beware on them, which they could respond to and things could be sorted that way, i would think its not really right for the artist to go "okay you wrote something i dont like so you cant post the art you paid me for ages ago anymore and im gonna blast you on social media"
and im not saying you would say/do that but thats how it reads to me, it comes across kind of hostile. and you're awesome so it worries me that someone might take it the wrong way other than that, seems pretty clear and concise! well done :)
