Payment
Payment is to be executed through PayPal.
I will be the one sending an invoice, thus the requirement for a PayPal email.
Paypal fee will be included in the invoice, so bare that in mind.
Payment is expected in full after the approval of a watermarked sketch.
Exception: Payment for sketch commissions is expected up front.
Process
I will begin by working out a sketch and noting a watermarked version to the commissioner. It's at this point that the commissioner can approve the sketch for lineart and coloring, or reject it. Please note that any major alterations should be taken care of here. It becomes much more difficult/troublesome in later stages. Once a sketch is approved and payment is received I will begin the next step; lineart. I will note the lineart piece to the commissioner; at this point minor changes can be made; additional fee's will be requested for any major alterations before continuing, as this should have been requested in the sketch phase. Otherwise, once the lineart has been completed, I will go on to coloring the piece and noting the commissioner a full file through a dropbox or Google Drive[/i] link.
[u]Refunds
Refunds will not be offered. It is the commissioners obligation to communicate to me any unsatisfactory results early on in the artwork phases. This includes requesting major alterations during the sketch phase until such a sketch may be approved by the commissioner, and minor alterations in the lineart phase. Refunds may only be offered if I am unable to complete a piece due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rights
The commissioner will always retain rights to their own characters,
and I will retain rights to the artwork I produce for them.
A commissioner may use the artwork for non-commercial use i.e.. wallpapers, icons, etc.
A commissioner may repost this where they see fit, so long as credit is given back to me as the artist.
Communication
Communication will be done through on-site notes. It is to be kept friendly and professional. Above all else, it is to be kept timely. I work on several projects at a time. While commissions take a top priority, if I don't receive a reply in a timely manner I will move on to a different project until a reply is received.
NSFW
By ordering NSFW art from me you agree to being at least 18 years of age or older.
Media
All finished media will be delivered in a purely digital format. I currently don't offer physical media of any kind for commissions. This may change in the future depending on demand.
Above all else, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
