A word of thanks.

I would like to give a word of thanks to my best friend Ariella.
I've been in an artistic slump as of late. My art hasn't really been coming out like it used to, my writing just kinda stopped, and the occasional inspiration for a poem just stopped. I mean, I guess it's been because of the excessive amount of homework I have to do before school starts, but it's still had me a little emotional because the art and the writing has always been something I could turn to for comfort in stressful situations.
Ariella is the one that introduced me to furries. At first, I was just mildly interested. I didn't make a huge deal out of it. Then the other night, I was doing some thinking and decided to look up furry art. No harm there. Just enjoying some art. Then, the next day, it pushed me to want to try to draw some myself, even though I haven't picked up a pencil to draw anything in forever. So I did. And I haven't stopped since.
Furry art has given me a complete thrill. I enjoy doing it, no matter how taxing it is on my patience. I can't exactly say the same for other styles of art I've participated in.
So thank you, Ariella. =]
