We're getting a house!!! Needs a little TLC

As you can see above, I've started a GoFundMe to help out with expenses in fixing up our NEW HOUSE!!!! Our $100,000 offer was accepted and we're getting them to cover closing costs and provide a 1 year homebuyer warranty, but beyond that we still need to fix up the issues that there were. There's nothing huge or dealbreaking, but it's lots of smaller things (and one medium thing with the HVAC outside unit) that add up to a little chunk of money. Our budget is going to be tight for the first couple years while we eliminate the last of our credit debt (we're putting our ENTIRE next two tax returns into these, and they'll be 100% gone in 18 months or less ^_^ ) and deal with mortgage, utilities, and expenses for our daughter who has autism.
So, we created the GoFundMe so friends, family, or just nice people can help us address these issues sooner, rather than give them time to possibly become larger problems down the road. All of the details, and pictures of most of the larger issues, are in the GoFundMe link. We don't want anyone to feel obligated to help out, but we do appreciate anyone who chooses to help us in taking this big step forward in our lives!
