Hey, all!
I wanted to take a minute to tell everyone about a very pleasant interaction I recently had with Eric (Snap) Stevens from "ByCats4Cats", who makes fursuits.
Being a newcomer to the community, I was understandably both excited and more than a little daunted in regards to figuring out what I needed to do to have my very own custom-made fursuit of my alter-ego, Felicia.
I had placed BC4C in my top five choices because they not only specialized in cat costumes, but were also open for commissions (my goal was to have my suit done in time for Further Confusion in January).
Not only did Snap reply to my inquiry the very next day, but he was polite and patient with helping to walk me through the process. He even went above and beyond in saying that while he could not make any promises, he would do his best to complete my commission by January.
Although I ended up deciding to look elsewhere (solely due to my preference for a smaller head as opposed to a mascot-sized one, which he works with), I wanted to pass along my positive experience to you all.
