A quantity of helium equivalent to 5 meters added to her body. So say 2.5 m worth added to each breast or butt cheek. Or just a 5 m weather balloon stuffed under her clothes. Or all 5 m worth added to her tail (assuming she has a tail). And so on and so on, divided up however you like.

I don't think a 5 m sphere divides in half to two 2.5 m spheres. Assuming I did my math right, a sphere of half the *volume* would still be about 4 m. So. One 5m body, or two 4m boobs. :B This is also why a balloon being filled at a constant flow of air in m^3 will appear to slow down it's radial-growth as it gets larger - not to mention the fact that the air becomes slightly more compressed.
