The past 3 months have been hell for me, looking for an internship was hard and ate any time I had available. It took me those entire 3 months to actually get hired anywhere. A month ago I had an unrelenting migraine for a month straight. Not a day passed without me having a migraine. the last two weeks of july I was barely able to keep any food down and lost 12lbs (about 5kg). Then the panic attacks started and finally I had no choice but to see the doctor.
I'm now on hormone treatment for the migraines and on antidepressants for the anxiety and things are slowly getting back to normal. My migraines are back to the usual 1 attack per week (which still sucks balls btw) and I can eat normally again without getting nauseas. The panic attacks haven't stopped yet but they're getting less frequent.
The good news is though that I have an internship now, which means I'll start working full time starting the 22nd of August. Ontop of that a friend of mine signed a contract for a 3 bedroom appartment and I'm likely moving in with her and away from my parents.
Which I'm not going to lie is quite expensive, but it beats the shit out of staying home as my parents are the main reason I have panic attacks in the first place...
