How did you become furry?

I was born with a love and admiration for animals. Rather than biology I saw animals as having thier own culture. As the years went past I formed my own "fursona" based on what I felt best represented my interest and personality traits that was closely matched by that animal. This was as a joey. When I found the internet I was a big fan of sonic the hedgehog and endtered into a chat known as Psycho Sonic Chat. I spent some time roleplaying as various things eventually latching on to a character that was known as Alpine Fox, this became my furry personality for many years until about 4 years ago I embraced my roo side once more.

You could say I was born with it =)

What was it like in Elementary & Highschool?

elementry and highschool was a unique experience for me. not so much elementry as high school. Sporting the same types of outfits I do now though maybe not as extream I was outcast amongst my peers which never bothered me much and I got into frequant heated arguements with my teachers over science and spacifically my obsession with the chaos theory and how it applied to every aspect of life. many a time I spent in suspension due to my refusal to conform to the normal set standards of modern day ... everything ^^

Pick a moment that happened to you publicly and you felt ashamed/embarrassed/humiliated that you look back on now and find funny/amusing/hilarious. What was it?

I think that would be the time I was out with a bunny, a roo and a wolf and we were wandering around a mall out in Erie, PA. We stopped at a Disney store and in the back they had just a mountain of stuffed animails.

At the time I had been searching for a new Tigger to replace mine which was many years old and cuddled to death.

I had found one but it was deep in the pile so I waded in, squatted down to reach for the tigger and my pants ripped from the bottom of the zipper to the back by the belt loop. everything came out =) and being in a squatting position, it was made MUCH worse.

That was pretty halarious now that I think about it.

Was it a riiiiiiiiip, or a RIIP! ?

Be glad there were no Japanese tourists around to memorialize the event. (yes I know that's a really rude sterotype, but it IS based on truths.)

Well in that case congrats are in order for slimming down, for your health I hope . Nothing says vain like thinking 10lbs over is FAT fat, but by the same token losing 10 lbs to be healthier is awesome.

I lost 120lbs to settle at about 165-170 depending on the day now =)

I was nearly 300 lbs at one point ^^
